This Vegetable Sauce is a very Cheap, Delicious, and Easy Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner inspiration Here is how I prepared mine, I hope you try it

My Love for Veggies
In a pot set on medium heat, pour in palm oil, allow to heat up a bit, then add chopped onion
Next, add chopped tomatoes, blended pepper, and stir fry for two minutes.
Add blended crayfish, washed and deboned smoked fish, seasoning, and salt the stir fry for 5 minutes.
Add washed and sliced ugu leaves, and stir to combine all well. Turn off the heat and your vegetable sauce is ready. Serve with any meal of your choice
