Djèwo Recipe

Name: Djèwo

Origin: Benin Republic

Ingredients:

  • Corn flour
  • tomato paste or tomato juice
  • vegetable or palm oil
  • onions
  • garlic
  • seasoning cubes
  • salt
  • chili or crushed green pepper
  • water

Steps:

  1. Heat oil in a pot and sauté chopped onions and garlic until fragrant

  3. Pour in water and season with salt, seasoning cubes, and chili or crushed green pepper
