Ingredients:
- Banana
- peanut butter
- dates
- chocolate powder
- yoghurt
Steps:
- Soak the dates until they are soft and take out the seeds
- Wash the banana, chop them into smaller sizes and add into your blender
- Add peanut butter
- Add the dates (It serves as the sweetner)
- Add chocolate powder
- Add yoghurt and blend
- Make sure it is a thick paste mix and not watery
- Pour the mix into your popsicle maker and refrigerate for 2-5 hours depending on the speed of the freezer
